Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. In just one year she obtained her professional license aged 17. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. In October of 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before the training. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
